People outside of San Francisco need to understand that BAY TO BREAKERS is the most important event held in any city in the country, if not the world. It is a parade that spans the entire city, where drinking in public is encouraged, hilarious costumes are commonplace, and rules do not exist. It is the ultimate example of San Francisco in action. It is the ultimate example of how a massive crowd of smart, awesome people can interact, and it is something that no human being should achieve the age of 25 without experiencing.
