Back at it!
Alright, after a one week hiatus, I am back in weight-loss mode, and it’s going great. Today came in at 184.8 pounds. I will put up another post on Saturday morning to show what progress has been made this week, but this is where I am as of now.
The big goal is to be under 180 pounds by the Ides of March (aka the 15th)!
