Every Monday morning our entire company meets to discuss our individual goals for the week. We put the goals next to our names on the white board for everyone to see.My goals this week are: Build a new ‘feature repository’ that breaks down all of our forthcoming features.Ensure that our designers are coordinated with eachother and our engineers. Collect our list of interested writers and centralize in a database.Today we held the meeting on a Tuesday, because I was out of the office yesterday presenting at my high school’s Career Day.
