I love the 80’s… it has been less than a month since my New Year’s Resolution, and I have already gone from over 200 lbs. to this new milestone. But it doesn’t stop here. My plan is to continue spending six days a week at the gym, until I am in the best shape of my life come the Ides of March (aka March 15th).
