A little shiba inu made his way into the bedroom here in NY. He told me that he was “honored to be my guest” and I told him “you are very skillful at being a dog.” We then bowed accordingly and went our separate ways.

I was at a party for hip, young people in a hip, young neighborhood of San Francisco called Nopa, when out of nowhere, some jackass grabbed a microphone, two band mates, and a dream, and started singing hits from the 1960’s.

Let’s hope that never happens again.
